I use the word video a lot, but really, my approach to capturing your day is with a cinematic approach like what you would find in a Hollywood movie. Remember the long, boring wedding video's of your parents? That's not what I create! Anybody with a camera can shoot video, just like anyone with a camera can take a picture. Just like a professional wedding photographer creates beautiful art with moments, I create art with motion picture that is a monument to the amazing couples I have the privilege of working with!

Yes! I shoot primarily in CO and WY in the summer, and Phoenix in the winter months. However, I love traveling and am available worldwide!

Can I choose the music in my film?
I have shot many weddings alone over the years, photography and video. However, today I always prefer to have an assistant with. For weddings that require two shooters, I have a team available which includes my wife as well!
Absolutely! I love getting to know couples ahead of time, and the more creative the better! The best video's always have words of love, so think more than video, think about talking about each other (how you know he is Mr. Right, etc)
Raw footage is definitely something you can add! Keep in mind there will be 100's of short, random clips from the day, and these are truly "raw" which means they have not been color graded.
I photographed weddings for 20 years, and I've brought the same approach I've learned to create amazing wedding images over to video. If video is your main priority, but you want a few pictures let's chat, I may have an approach just for you!
We license music through various sources, and part of the creative process is choosing music that best fit's the day and concept of the film. There are many considerations for finding that perfect piece of music! Most mainstream songs are not licensed to freely use in wedding films, but no worries, we have lot's of options and will find something perfect for you!
Because I film every wedding, I only take a limited number of couples each year. If you love adventure, heart warming films (with maybe a few tears!), and cherish every moment, than you may be one of the couples perfect for this style of storytelling!
